DeedSide — Real Estate Administration
Terms of Use

The terms that govern this website.

Please review these terms carefully. Access to DeedSide services is separately governed by a written engagement letter.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the DeedSide website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.

02

Nature of Services

DeedSide provides real estate administrative, operational, research, and coordination services in the State of Michigan. We are not a real estate brokerage, a property management company, or a law firm. Certain real estate activities require an active real estate license and broker supervision under Michigan law; where applicable, those activities are performed by appropriately licensed individuals through and under the supervision of their employing brokerage. Information on this website is provided for general reference and does not constitute legal, brokerage, or financial advice.

03

Client Engagements

Services are performed under a written engagement letter that governs scope, fees, confidentiality, and termination. Nothing on this website — including inquiry forms and correspondence — creates a client relationship until an engagement letter has been signed by both parties.

04

Use of the Website

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the site's operation, security, or availability, and you may not use it to transmit unlawful, infringing, or confidential content that is not your own to share.

05

Intellectual Property

The DeedSide name, logo, editorial content, and design are the property of DeedSide LLC. No portion of this website may be reproduced or distributed for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

06

Third-Party Links

The site may reference third-party resources for the reader's convenience. DeedSide does not control and does not endorse the content of external sites, and disclaims responsibility for their practices.

07

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website is provided on an 'as-is' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeedSide LLC disclaims warranties of any kind and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.

08

Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
